Recent purchases but after second use the black strip on multi surface tool became detached and so had to glue back on , but not sure how long the other strip will stay on. Would be ideal if provided spare strips .

Storage & charging conundrum,
3 accessories, storage for 2??? I would really love to meet the designers and talk this one through. 3 pin plug charging only for a handheld, welcome to the 1970's. I bought this to use in a truck, wrongly believing it would have USB charging, as you would in 2026, silly me.

Excellent hand held cleaner .
Ideal piece of equipment for cleaning around my cat tray . So easy to use . It’s lightweight and can be put on and off with one finger . The extra nozzles are very useful for going around skirtings etc . It can also be emptied very easily . In fact I m thrilled to have such an excellent hand held cleaner . I am over 70 and there is nothing about this item that is too complicated . it is good quality and , although not cheap, is a good value product . I would recommend this to anyone .
