Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Argos. If for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, please see our Returns & refunds section.
What counts as proof of purchase?
The proof of purchase you will receive from us will depend on how you placed your order:
- If you order online through one of our websites your confirmation email and the label on your parcel are your proofs of purchase.
- If you ordered in one of our stores your till receipt is your proof of purchase.
- If you placed your order over the phone your order number and the label on your parcel are your proofs of purchase.
Are receipts sent with deliveries?
No your order number is printed on the address label on the parcel and your order number is all you need to know if you wish to return goods to us.
How can I get a V.A.T. receipt?
We can send you a V.A.T. receipt for the product(s) you have purchased. In order to receive such a receipt, please Email customer services, including your order number and we'll be more than happy to deal with your request.
