Tom Ford Oud Wood is calm and sensual. The top note of whisky is not as spicy as one would expect, but rather a charmingly subdued scent, the middle note of cinnamon takes away the coldness and adds warmth, the bottom note of patchouli cedar vanilla with a hint of sweetness, a bit like a plum overall, like the winter sun dripping around, cool but warm, it is a calmness that is willing to approaching, especially in winter.
