SHAKE WELL BEFORE USE! HOW TO REMOVE: Take a cotton pad and saturate with REMOVER. Place over eyes; hold for 10 seconds to let REMOVER work its magic. Gently wipe away to remove WISPS and BOND & SEAL. Repeat until there is no more BOND & SEAL residue left. HOW TO CLEAN & REUSE: Place WISPS on a cotton pad or paper towel. Drop some REMOVER onto the WISPS. Let sit for 10 seconds. Saturate a cotton swab with REMOVER & work gently to wipe away any BOND and SEAL residue. Repeat until WISPS are clean and ready to be used again.
