Bought for my boyfriends bday as his phone cable charger isn't working. Superfast charging and very light - works with magsafe too so easy to carry. Carries about one and a half charges. Can’t speak to tho longevity of the battery capacity though as only bought a month ago.

The product is designed for MagSafe-style magnetic wireless charging on compatible phones (such as iPhones) via the built-in magnetic ring.
If you have a compatible phone without a very thick or metal-backed case, the magnetic attach + wireless charging feature should work as intended.
If the case prevents the magnetic attach, you can still charge the phone using the USB-C port on the power bank (wired charging)
If your phone case is very thick, includes metal elements (rings, kickstands, magnets, etc.), or has a metal/cardholder insert, the magnetic hold may be weaker or fail to snap on properly.

After contacting our suppliers they have advised for the Juice 5000mAh Magnetic Slim Portable Power Bank - Black.
The power bank would work with an Iphone 11 if using with a cable however the Iphone 11 would not support the Magtec (magnetic wireless charging system) feature.
