I bought this a month ago to power a Microsoft Surface Laptop and it delivers sufficient power (65w) for this from either port whilst also charging my iPad and watch. I'd previously returned another charger that stated it was 60w but could only deliver 30w through two ports, so didn't work on the laptop.

Bought this item a couple of weeks ago and it does exactly as it says. A marked improvement on my previous charger and I like that it has 2 USB-C ports. I am able to charge my phone from about 20% to 100% in less than an hour. Also, the price was a bargain at £22.99.

It will be 50/50 split between the two when both are used. The full power 65W is only available when one is being used only.

This would not be suitable for use with the Thinkpad T4 Gen 4 charger, which from what I can see uses a USB-C connector for the laptop itself but has a mains adapter "power brick" section in the cable which must be connected directly to the mains.
