The ProperAV Retractable Fold Up Ceiling Mount for TV or Monitor has a sturdy steel construction that offers both adjustable tilt and full 90-degree swivel for televisions between 23"-55" (up to 20kgs). The fold-away design helps you save space, with a simple flip down function for easy viewing.

It is also useful for pitched ceiling installation where the flexible sliding rails for adjusting screen height is particularly handy.
