Surprisingly impressive
Really pleased with this. Sound is clear, for such a small set up it’s surprisingly powerful, plays all CD types. DAB is very responsive and signal is very strong. Fits neatly into my shelf without being intrusive or having wires all over the place

Great for CDs
I bought this 6 months ago and it’s been great. The audio quality for CDs is fantastic. I find that the quality is better when using physical media rather than the Bluetooth connection but both sound very good. I’ve not used the radio function much but it does work super easy to set up and looks great on my bookshelf.

Bought a month ago. Had to move it around house to get better digital reception. Instructions are thin, tell you how to set your clock on the front screen. Can’t adjust the tones and balance too. Not a bad radio and the sound is good for a small living room.

The supplier has confirmed. The Philips TAM4505/12 does not have a built-in feature to record or save FM or DAB+ radio broadcasts.

The TAM4505 can work with a turntable, but only via its AUX input and only if the signal is pre‑amplified. It does NOT have a phono input (the special input needed for most turntables).
