You're setting up a workout routine at home without noise concerns. This Pro Fitness exercise bike glides quietly using magnetic resistance. It's got eight tension levels to challenge yourself as you improve. The hand grip sensor monitors your pulse while you ride. You'll track your progress on the console display.
The magnetic system keeps the bike whisper-quiet for any room. Self-levelling pedals move naturally with your feet for comfortable riding. Transportation wheels let you shift the bike between spaces easily. The 4kg flywheel maintains steady momentum as you pedal. The console shows time, distance, speed, temperature and calendar alongside pulse readings.

Exercise bike
Great to put together. Has a good selection of gears. The seat moves up and down as well as forward and backward so you can get the right position. Pulse monitor. Counts calories, time cycled, speed youre going at etc. Has a recovery mode for after your workout too. Had to pick this one over the cheaper one as this one held a heavier weight. It's really good and has helped us get fitter at home whilst watching TV.

I bought this excerise bike 3 weeks ago & I'm so pleased with it. It took 90mins to put together, which isn't bad for someone with fibromyalgia. Instructions where easy to follow. It's really sturdy & good quality, looks more expensive than it was, the statistics screen is simple but clear. The seat is comfy & the pedals have straps to keep your feet secure. It has a tensioner, which is nice as I'm a beginner & wanted to take it slow at first. Overall it's a great exercise bike & would highly recommend.

Great value for money
I am impressed with the build quality of this exercise bike, especially given the relatively low price. I have deducted one star for the Console interface which seems a bit clunky. My 4 for ease of setup is subject to the advice below. A point to note for constructors regarding step 2: Make sure you are prepared for step F before following steps A -> E. The Bowden cable needs to be drawn out and pulled up through the Front Post up to the rectangular slot. I used a piece of string to help with this. It's also worth having a practice run at connecting the cable to the Tension Knob so that you know what you are aiming for, as it's quite fiddly and hard to see what you are doing once everything is assembled.

Awesome bike, great in all respect
Using this bike for over a week, fantastic in all ways. Easy to set up, sturdy structure, and tension levels are very practical. Smooth paddling experience and the dashboard shows all eseential metrics, so very satisfied

Yes there are various resistance levels on the bike
Please note the below though as cycling and running are 2 different types of activity.

This is the recovery function which will test your fitness recovery. To do this, hold the hand pulse sensors for one minute after which a fitness value will be displayed; F1.0 is excellent fitness and F6.0 is very poor fitness.
