It separates into 2 single beds so it's great for when your kids want a space of their own. In a classic style, this pine version has wooden tongue and groove head and footboards. As singles, the ground clearance is identical on both beds so they'll be the same height side by side.

To split the bunk into 2 single beds, you will need to do a spot of reassembly, moving the longer legs to the headboards to make both beds the same height. Just follow the step-by-step instructions.
