The adidas X-21FD elliptical cross trainer features a 12kg (26lbs) flywheel and 24 levels of digital magnetic resistance. With an 18 (46cm) stride, this elliptical is suitable for a wide range of users and there are 5 levels of incline, and 15 onboard programmes to ensure that you stay challenged as your fitness improves. Workout data are displayed on a clear LCD screen and there are 4 user profiles available for more personalised feedback.

For heart rate measurement, the cross trainer has hand pulse grips and a Bluetooth Smart wireless receiver. Reach your fitness goals faster using the integrated tablet/smartphone holder with Bluetooth connectivity.

The X-21FD benefits from self-generating power so that you do the work and a mains outlet is not required. Bluetooth connectivity enables you to use workout apps on the adidas elliptical trainer.
