UFC Folding FID Bench

The UFC folding FID weight bench is designed for extensive training by targeting multiple different muscle groups and has 7 backrest positions including decline, flat, upright and 4 incline positions. It offers 3 seat positions and can be used to build both larger and smaller muscle groups, as well as to target abdominals, core, torso, chest, arms and shoulders. The foam roller helps in keeping legs in a correct position, whilst the foldable design allows for saving up space after workouts. The bench can handle a max. Load of 363kg (800lbs).
