This light has really helped get rid of my SAD
Would highly recommend is light for anyone who suffers with SAD in winter. I wasnt expecting it to work and bought it out of desperation. Surprisingly it worked! Within a couple of hours using it i felt brighter and I now feel like my normal self again. I would never have thought a light could have such an impact on mood but it did for me.

Lovely bright lamp
I bought the lamp a while ago and after couple weeks I can say it works for me like a cold shower) waking me up (obviously not so harsh as a cold shower) but really energising. Even if sometimes the weather in the morning is not sunny, I have my own sun now. Love it

Weak connection cable
The connection cable is very poor. A slight movement and it drops out.

Extremely powerful
The Vitamin L is certainly bright - so much so that I got a headache from keeping it within 2 feet of me at eye level, and can only tolerate it at about a meter's distance, in accordance with the instructions. While it isn't practical having to keep it far away, it's lightness and portability are a plus when travelling during the winter. The plug is a nightmare to replace.

Honestly wish I bought one years ago. Has made a real difference. I noticed improvement by day 5. When winter drew in further and my mood slipped further I increased to 1 hour daily and a few days later again had improved mood. So good!
