Red Letter Days Gin Making For Two Gift Experience

Defiance Distillery's Gin Academy gives you the chance to learn the art of creating your own unique bottle of gin. This gin-tastic experience begins with a refreshing gin and tonic on arrival. Then, you can enjoy a behind-the-scenes peek of their distillery to learn the art and science behind the distillation of their award-winning spirits. You'll be served up a delicious gin cocktail whilst you get the chance to mix up and distil your own 500ml bottle of gin, under the guidance of the master distiller.

• All that mixing is thirsty work, so you'll be treated to a final gin and tonic and a delicious platter of cold meats, cheese and olives.
• Please note, although this experience is for two people, one person will get involved with the creative gin-making process, while the second person will accompany them as a guest, watching and joining in with the experience and enjoying drinks and snacks.
