The PowerBlock Pro EXP Stage 1 helps you build strength and get in shape without a gym membership or cluttering your space with free weights. This adjustable set replaces 16 pairs of dumbbells, offering a range from 5lbs to 50lbs (2.3kg – 22.7kg). It features an open handle design for a secure grip and a smart selector pin for quick adjustments. The set is expandable to 70lbs or 90lbs (31.7kg or 40.8kg) per hand with Stage 2 and 3.
