The Flick Urban Dual Speed Rebounder is the perfect football training equipment to help you improve your touch, control and overall technique. The double-sided net returns the ball at 2 different speeds and you can easily adjust the ultra-sturdy rebounder to 6 different angles to make the ball bounce back to your feet, chest, head or thigh. The large strike zone is perfect for long distance passing and can even be used by goalkeepers to help improve arm strength and throwing accuracy.
