The Marcy JD3.1 bench ankle support has 6 adjustable positions so you can align your body correctly and help improve your posture, ease back pain and build a well defined 6 pack ab.

  • Ankle supports adjust to 6 different heights for anatomical alignment and users between 5ft to 6ft 3 in.
  • Stability grips provide extra support when aligning your body and getting on and off.
  • 2.5 inch thick deluxe upholstery feels soft and comfortable to lay on so you can focus.
  • 14 gauge heavy duty steel is safe and durable allowing the bench to hold up to 21 stone.
