If you’ve given us your mobile number when placing a reservation you can now send a text message when you’re 15 minutes away from the store to let us know that you’re on your way.

As soon as we receive your text we'll start getting your order ready – to save you time when you arrive at the store.

Step 1: Check stock and reserve

Check stock and reserve a product for in-store collection - whilst reserving opt in to give us your mobile phone number so we can text you the details of your reservation and offer you the On my way (OMW) service

Step 2: Receive a text message confirmation

Once you’ve given us your mobile phone number and have reserved your product, we’ll send you a text message containing the details.

We’ll also let you know that if you reply to the text message with “OMW” when you’re 15 minutes away from the store we can start getting your item(s) ready.

Step 3: Reply to the text message with “OMW”

When you’re 15 minutes away from the store, reply to the text message with OMW and we will begin to get your order ready.

Step 4: Pay at the till or quick pay kiosk

When you arrive at the store, pay at the till or quick pay kiosk.

Step 5: Collect

After paying you can go and collect your goods straight away!
